What we collect

Your name, phone number, address, email, a description of the problem and any photos you text us. If you call the night line, we note the time and what you tell us so the electrician has it.

How we use it

To answer your call, price and do the work, send invoices and, for buildings, send the after-hours report. We do not sell your details.

Who sees it

The people at Dorval Electric who need it for your job, and the services we use to send text, email and invoices. Permit applications carry the job address.

Your choices

Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by calling (305) 555-0100 or writing to dispatch@dorvalelectric.com. We keep job and invoice records as long as the law requires.
