Services

Electrical repairs, day and night

Repairs and urgent installs for homes and small buildings. Panels, rewires and new construction are daytime projects.

  • Dead outlets or a dead room

We trace it to the breaker, the outlet or the wire, and fix what failed.

  • Breakers that trip or will not reset

We test the circuit, find what overloads or shorts it, and replace what failed.

  • Burnt outlets, switches and plugs

We replace the device and check the wire behind it for heat damage.

  • Smoke and CO alarms

Hardwired alarms that chirp or fail, replaced and tested.

  • Surge protection

A whole-panel surge protector, installed at the panel.

  • Generator inlets and transfer switches

Hook a generator up safely before storm season, or fix the switch that failed.

  • GFCI outlets and outdoor power

Outlets for kitchens, baths, garages and patios, where water is near.

  • Lighting and fans

Fixtures and ceiling fans that flicker, hum or stopped.

Buildings and small offices

Calls from tenants, handled in one place

A property manager gives us one contact and the access notes. After that, a tenant's call at night is one call to us.

We repair the fault, make the building safe and send a report the next business day. Larger work is quoted in daylight.

  • Common-area, stairwell and parking lighting

  • Electrical rooms and meter banks

  • Exit signs and emergency lights

  • Unit panels and tenant repairs

Planned work

What we book for daylight

If one of these turns up at night, we make the house safe and plan the job with a permit where one is needed.

  • 01

    Panel replacements

The power company disconnects and reconnects, so these are scheduled.

  • 02

    Rewiring

Opening walls and running new wire is a daytime job.

  • 03

    Generator installs

A standby generator needs a pad, a permit and an inspection.

  • 04

    EV charger circuits

A load check first, then the circuit.

Not sure which one it is?

Call and describe it. We will tell you if it is a night call or can wait for the morning.
